Technical Requirements
for Online Learning
zoom video conferencing
Your class will meet using the Zoom platform. To participate you need either a smartphone or a computer with webcam and mic. (Many laptops have these built-in).
If you are using a phone, you will need to download the Zoom app from the appropriate app store. Instructions on installing mobile Zoom.
If you are using a computer, you can download and install the desktop application or you can run Zoom in a web browser. The web browser version works best is Google Chrome.
SFD instructors communicate with students by email. Expect to check your email daily. Also, please add fashion@sfdboston.org to your email contacts to be sure you received our school-wide emails.

You may need to photograph your assignments and projects to submit to your teacher for online and hybrid classes.
