Fashion & Textiles Workshops
The School of Fashion Design teaches the fine art of hand-crafted garments. While our Certificate curriculum provides a deep and comprehensive study of technical design, pattern making and construction, we also offer shorter workshops that cover a variety of skills to support your exploration of all things fashion, fibers, and textiles.
Note: Our workshop program operates independently of our Certificate in Fashion Design core curriculum. Enrollment in SFD workshops does not count toward completion of the Certificate program.
Creative Fiber & Textiles Fine Craft Workshops
Our fiber & textile arts workshops are for sewing and craft enthusiasts, students seeking a creative learning experience, or fashion designers seeking to add new fine craft skills into their design repertoire.
Examples of our creative workshops include millinery, leather craft, shibori fabric dying, lace making, weaving, upcycling, and more.
